HBIT is a small family company opened by Italian travel expert Hali Panella and her husband Chef Daniele Panella. It's our mission is to share our love of authentic Italian travel with you! We have lived, loved and worked in Italian tourism for more than a decade, and are passionate about hand-crafting every detail for you. We carefully select and vet all of our vendors, creating custom dream vacations, weddings and tours, based on our personal experience from living in Italy and working so extensively in Italian travel.

In addition to planning and booking, we also offer hourly consultation for those that would like to book on their own and need contacts for quality services, our hotel picks, travel guide connections, restaurants and hidden gems. This is a great way to save money and and prevent over-expenditures that occur when planning your own trip. Hourly rate is $50USD an hour, with a two hour minimum.

As soon as I stepped off the plane, I knew Italy was going to change my life - and it did. I fell in love with every aspect of the life and beauty that inspire so many of us. I left everything and spent the next ten years working in Italian travel, booking thousands of tours and trips to learn about what the "bella vita," really means, and how to bring it you. There are no shortcuts here, this is my life's work.
In Florence, I met the ultimate passionate Italian, the love of my life - my husband and the incredibly talented Chef Daniele Panella. Together, we founded Hali's Boutique Italian Travel because we wanted to create something truly unique and more personalized than the usual experiences of just clicking and buying off a website. Not only do we consult about every aspect of your trip, but we will book as little or as much of it as you would like -from boutique hotels, to tours, railway services- or for the more extravagant traveler- even custom helicopter rides.

Get off the beaten path, there is much more to Italy than just the tourist sites. Enjoy the unscathed, natural beauty in the countryside. Bike in Molise, Truffle Hunt in Umbria, snorkel the turquoise coasts of Apulia, climb the crags in the Dolomites... Better yet, just relax beside the pool at your own private Tuscan villa. It's up to you how you want to spend your time - but Daniele and I will make sure it's spent wisely.

Italy is replete with gorgeous coastlines, and boasts the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Touching three seas, there are a variety of activities to enjoy. Swim with the dolphins in Cinque Terre, fish off the coast of Sicily, or sip a glass of Prosecco while enjoying the view from a yacht. Whether you enjoy a seaside resort in the Amalfi Coast, the cute villages of Cinque Terre, or the secluded islands of Tremiti - there truly is something for everyone. Daniele and I promise to find the perfect fit.

Food in Italy is more than just a meal - it's truly a lifestyle. The traditional methods of food and wine cultivation have been passed down for centuries and slowly perfected, making today's products the fruit of generations of love and labor. Italians are passionate about their food and love sharing, so eating is always a social event! Come enjoy the best with us, visit the famous butcher Dario of Panzano in Chianti; take a tour of an organic farm where they produce the incredible mozzarella di bufala; taste wine in at your favorite wineries in Chianti; dine at Michelin starred restaurants; and feast on white truffles! Better yet, learn how took your favorite pasta dishes in a medieval Tuscan castle.
